A This is an effort to bridge the gap between the herbal & pharmaceutical industries, academic institutes, R&D organizations & farmers. This is supported by the National Medicinal Plant Board, Min of AYUSH, New Delhi. Cultivation of medicinal plant is gaining ground because of the sky rocketing prices of allopathic medicines with many side effects. Cultivation of medicinal plants is economically very attractive. India’s abundance of diverse medicinal plant resources and the country’s extensive experience in the application of traditional medical practices offer a unique opportunity to provide affordable and accessible medicine to economically marginalized communities. Eminent personalities in the field of medicinal plants and Ayurveda invited to deliver lectures. This mega event attracts scientists, technologists, management experts, entrepreneurs, govt officers, farmers, Professors, teachers, students from different colleges, R&D organizations, industrials houses etc. Total 400 delegates from different colleges like teachers, students, etc attended the national seminar & 40 delegates have presented their paper.
