Plantation Drive
“Let’s celebrate Environment Day 2022 by planting trees! Join our plantation drive to preserve our planet and make a positive impact. Let’s grow a greener future together.”
World Environment Day is a globally recognized event that is celebrated every year on June 5th. The main objective of World Environment Day is to raise awareness about environmental issues and promote efforts to protect the planet. The first World Environment Day was celebrated in 1974, and since then, it has become a platform for individuals, organizations, and governments to take action on environmental issues and promote sustainable practices.
The Viswagandha Foundation’s plantation drive on World Environment Day is a commendable initiative that honors the legacy of the event by taking concrete action to combat climate change and preserve the environment. By planting trees, the Foundation is contributing to reducing carbon emissions, promoting biodiversity, and improving ecosystem health, which in turn benefits our physical and mental well-being. This is a positive step towards creating a more sustainable future for ourselves and future generations.
