ISRO’s Chandrayaan-3 and Aditya L1 Mission garnered global acclaim on August 23, 2023, showcasing India’s space prowess. To honor this achievement, a Two-Day National Seminar titled “Space R&D – Improving Quality of Life and Science Education in India” is scheduled at Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College Auditorium, Durgapur, WB on January 29-30, 2024. Sponsored by RESPOND, ISRO, the seminar aims to foster scientific awareness and youth interest in Indian Space Science Program, bridging the gap between ISRO and academic institutes. With Invited Lectures covering diverse space science topics, the event drawn 300 dynamic participants, including professors, researchers, and students from various universities, colleges, IITs, NITs, and R&D organizations. Emphasis will be on individuals passionate about space science and supportive of ISRO’s endeavors, ultimately enriching knowledge and inspiring innovation in the realm of space exploration.
